Chanel seeks a Fashion Advisor in Seoul to deliver personalised luxury service and drive boutique sales in its Seoul boutique.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clientele, cultivating long‑term relationships and ensuring discretion at all times.
- Achieve and surpass boutique sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and proactive clienteling.
- Manage the client database and follow-up communications, coordinating reservations, private appointments and after‑sales service.
- Maintain merchandising and visual standards to reflect brand aesthetics and seasonal directives.
- Process transactions, returns and repairs accurately through the point‑of‑sale system and handle cash/pos reconciliation when required.
- Support stock management activities including receiving, replenishment, stock counts and inventory control.
- Collaborate with the boutique team and store leadership to execute events, trunk shows and client communications.
- Remain fluent on product stories, materials and craftsmanship to effectively advise clients and provide expert product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high‑level client service in luxury retail or premium fashion environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills; discretion and professionalism when managing high‑net‑worth clients.
- Polished presentation and grooming consistent with luxury brand standards.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
- Authorization to work in South Korea.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of customer‑facing experience in luxury retail, premium fashion or related client services role; prior experience with high‑value transactions and VIP clientele preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in fashion, retail, luxury management or a related discipline is advantageous.
