Role & Responsibilities

  • Support Fashion Advisors in delivering exceptional, personalised client experiences and in-concierge service within the boutique.
  • Manage client appointments, follow-up communications and CRM updates to sustain long-term client relationships.
  • Assist with fittings, alterations coordination and on-site styling for clients during private appointments and store events.
  • Execute daily merchandising standards and maintain visual presentation consistent with brand directives.
  • Process sales transactions, returns and after-sales enquiries accurately and in line with luxury retail protocols.
  • Monitor stock levels, receive deliveries, perform inventory counts and liaise with stockroom operations.
  • Contribute to boutique KPIs by actively supporting sales initiatives, clienteling activities and store promotions.
  • Adhere to compliance, loss-prevention and data-protection procedures appropriate to a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Professional demeanour with polished presentation appropriate for a luxury boutique.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for client relationship building.
  • Proven ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to match boutique operations.
  • Detail-oriented approach to merchandising, service execution and transaction accuracy.
  • Discretion and respect for client confidentiality.
  • Language skills, formal certifications or industry-specific training are advantageous but not mandatory.

Experience
