Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day boutique operations to ensure flawless client experience and adherence to brand standards.
- Manage, coach and develop the boutique team to achieve sales targets, KPI performance and exceptional customer service.
- Oversee inventory control, stock reconciliation and loss prevention procedures, liaising with regional supply teams as required.
- Implement visual merchandising directives and maintain store presentation in line with global campaigns and seasonal resets.
- Drive sales performance through active clienteling, CRM utilisation and local market initiatives.
- Control operating costs, prepare operational reports and contribute to store-level P&L management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations and health & safety standards.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and training activities in collaboration with HR and regional management.

Experience
Typically requires 5+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role responsible for store operations, team leadership and commercial performance.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; vocational qualifications in retail, hospitality or business are also acceptable.
