Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily boutique operations at the Victoria Gardens location, ensuring the store meets Chanel standards for presentation and client experience.
  • Manage inbound and outbound merchandise processes: receiving, inspection, tagging, replenishment and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist in window and floor displays to reflect seasonal directives and product integrity.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system and assist with transactional duties, returns, exchanges and accurate cash handling.
  • Provide administrative support including sales reporting, appointment coordination, CRM updates and basic stockroom organization.
  • Collaborate with sales advisors and store management to execute client appointments, private previews and in-store events.
  • Uphold loss-prevention protocols, security procedures and standards for product care and storage.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of retail experience; luxury or premium fashion retail preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage inventory processes and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to brand presentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and client service orientation; ability to interact professionally with high-net-worth clients.
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holiday peaks; eligible to work in the U.S.

Experience

Minimum of one year in retail operations or customer-facing retail roles; experience in luxury retail or premium brands is strongly preferred.
