Role & Responsibilities

Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Act as the expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools within the boutique.
Deliver outstanding customer service in alignment with Chanel's service mantra.
Support daily operations, including register management, inventory handling, and stock organization.
Communicate inventory and supply needs to the Boutique Director or Assistant Boutique Manager.
Collaborate with the Assistant Boutique Manager on stock cycle counts and annual inventory.
Maintain brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.
Foster positive team relationships to inspire trust and teamwork.

Qualifications

3+ years of related experience, preferably in the fragrance & beauty industry.
Ability to move heavy items, including overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 25 lbs.
Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Skills

Strong organizational and attention to detail skills. Excellent communication abilities. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively. Understanding of and passion for client experience. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

Experience

3+ years of related experience, preferably in the fragrance & beauty industry.
