Chanel seeks a Boutique Operations Associate in Columbus, OH (Easton Town Center). Client‑facing retail role supporting operations and luxury client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and engage proactively with clientele to build long-term relationships and drive sales.
  • Support daily boutique operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and point‑of‑sale transactions.
  • Maintain and execute visual merchandising standards to reflect brand presentation and seasonal directives.
  • Manage inventory flow: receive shipments, process stockroom organisation, replenish the sales floor and conduct regular stock counts.
  • Coordinate client appointments, VIP events and private viewings in support of store leadership and clienteling initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies for loss prevention, product security and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with management on local operational projects, promotional rollouts and service recovery when required.

Qualifications

  • Professional, polished presentation and the ability to represent a high‑end luxury brand with discretion.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday periods as required by boutique hours.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on client engagement and relationship building.
  • Reliable, detail‑oriented and able to manage competing operational priorities in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Experience

Preferably 1+ year of experience in luxury or premium retail, boutique operations, or a client‑facing role demonstrating consistent sales performance and operational competence. Candidates with strong transferable experience in upscale hospitality or service environments will also be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in retail, hospitality, or business is a plus.
