Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Fashion Boutiques Operations Manager in the coordination and daily follow-up of retail operations across French boutiques.
- Assist with stock and inventory processes, including transfers, reconciliations and preliminary reporting to ensure inventory integrity.
- Prepare operational reports and presentations (sales KPIs, store performance, merchandising follow-up) for internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to project workstreams: rollout of in-store initiatives, seasonal merchandising implementations and process optimisation.
- Liaise with store management, logistics and regional teams to ensure compliance with operational standards and brand guidelines.
- Organise and track training logistics, appointments, and administrative tasks related to boutique operations and events.
- Provide ad hoc administrative and coordination support for meetings, audits and operational escalations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Luxury Management, Fashion Management or a related discipline.
- Available to start the internship in July 2023 and able to commit for the required internship period.
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of liaising with store teams and cross‑functional partners with discretion and professionalism.
- Analytical mindset with ability to compile and present operational data clearly.

Experience
Previous retail, customer-facing or operations internship experience is advantageous; demonstrable interest in luxury retail operations and an understanding of store-level processes are preferred.
Education
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Luxury Management, Fashion, Retail Management or a related field.
