Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Boutique Operations — Fashion France with daily operational tasks and project coordination for the French retail network.
  • Compile and analyse store performance reports and operational KPIs; prepare presentations and summaries for leadership.
  • Coordinate inventory and replenishment processes in collaboration with logistics and store teams to ensure product availability and compliance.
  • Liaise with boutique managers, visual merchandising and training teams to implement store standards, launches and in-season initiatives.
  • Manage administrative duties including scheduling, meeting coordination, documentation of procedures and follow-up on action items.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Retail Management, Luxury Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal French; professional working knowledge of English preferred.
  • Proven ability to produce clear reports and presentations; discretion and respect for confidentiality.

Experience
