Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Boutique Operations — Fashion France with daily operational tasks and project coordination for the French retail network.
- Compile and analyse store performance reports and operational KPIs; prepare presentations and summaries for leadership.
- Coordinate inventory and replenishment processes in collaboration with logistics and store teams to ensure product availability and compliance.
- Liaise with boutique managers, visual merchandising and training teams to implement store standards, launches and in-season initiatives.
- Manage administrative duties including scheduling, meeting coordination, documentation of procedures and follow-up on action items.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Retail Management, Luxury Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal French; professional working knowledge of English preferred.
- Proven ability to produce clear reports and presentations; discretion and respect for confidentiality.

Experience
Previous retail, operations or internship experience within a luxury or premium retail environment is advantageous but not mandatory; the role is suitable for candidates seeking practical exposure to boutique operations at an international luxury house.
Education
Enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's programme (Business, Retail Management, Luxury Management, or equivalent).
