Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Boutique Operations — Fashion France in daily operational management of Chanel boutiques and Grands Magasins accounts in Paris.
  • Coordinate logistics and stock flows between warehouses, boutiques and department store partners to ensure product availability and accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain operational documentation, status reports and KPI dashboards for boutique performance, inventory and sell-through.
  • Assist with implementation of merchandising directives, window and visual standards, and seasonal rollouts across store locations.
  • Contribute to project workstreams such as concept launches, boutique events, store refits and peak-season rollouts, liaising with cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate boutique-level training schedules and follow up on compliance with brand procedures and loss-prevention policies.
  • Handle administrative duties including purchase order tracking, invoicing follow-up and internal stakeholder communications.
  • Provide on-site support at department store locations as required for escalations, launches or operational reviews.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Luxury Brand Management, Retail Management, Fashion or a related discipline.
  • Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the capacity to interact professionally with boutique teams and external partners.
  • High level of discretion and respect for confidential commercial information.
  • Analytical aptitude with attention to detail and a methodical approach to reporting and inventory control.

Experience

Previous internship or work experience in retail, luxury fashion, or a department store environment is preferred; exposure to boutique operations, stock management or merchandising support is advantageous.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Luxury Brand Management, Retail Management, Fashion or equivalent.
