Chanel Vancouver seeks a Boutique Manager — Watches & Fine Jewelry to lead boutique operations, client relations and sales for its high-value horology and jewellery range.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily boutique operations for Watches & Fine Jewelry, ensuring impeccable client service and adherence to Chanel’s visual and operational standards.
- Drive sales performance and boutique KPIs through coaching, target-setting, forecasting and active participation in the sales process with high-value clientele.
- Develop and retain VIP and high-net-worth client relationships through personalised clienteling, appointment management and after-sales service.
- Oversee inventory control, security and loss-prevention protocols for high-value timepieces and jewellery, coordinating with regional security and logistics teams.
- Recruit, train and mentor boutique staff; implement ongoing product education focused on horology and gemology to ensure product expertise.
- Manage merchandising, in-store events and private client experiences to maximise commercial opportunity and reinforce brand positioning.
- Control boutique budgets, sales reporting and reconciliation; liaise with regional management on commercial strategy and product allocations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of luxury retail experience with at least 3 years in management, ideally within watches and/or fine jewellery.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding boutique sales targets and managing high-value inventory.
- Deep product knowledge of horology and fine jewellery, with the ability to advise discerning clients and lead product training.
- Exceptional clienteling skills and experience managing VIP/HNW clientele.
- Strong leadership and people-management capabilities, including recruitment, coaching and performance management.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada and flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.

Experience
Significant luxury retail experience, typically 5+ years overall with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity within watches and/or fine jewellery. Demonstrable success managing sales teams, VIP clients and high-value inventory in a flagship or boutique environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, luxury brand management or equivalent professional experience; advanced product certifications (horology/gemology) advantageous.
