Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the Dubai Mall boutique team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies focused on client acquisition, retention and high-value clienteling for VIP clientele.
- Coach, recruit and develop sales advisors through regular training, performance reviews and personalised development plans.
- Ensure rigorous adherence to Chanel brand standards across client experience, visual merchandising and boutique presentation.
- Manage daily boutique operations including stock control, inventory reconciliation, merchandising resets and point-of-sale oversight.
- Analyse sales performance, prepare actionable reports for regional management and implement corrective actions to optimise results.
- Coordinate with regional and corporate teams on product allocations, launches, private client events and CRM initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of loss-prevention, compliance with local regulations and impeccable confidentiality in client relations.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail management with consistent achievement of sales targets in premium fashion or leather goods.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and retain high-performing sales teams in a boutique or flagship environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales forecasting, KPI management and visual merchandising.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach and experience managing VIP relationships.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Authorized to work in the UAE (ability to obtain or hold a valid work permit).
Skills
Experience
Typically 3–5+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role with proven success in driving boutique sales.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or equivalent professional experience.
