Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day boutique operations to achieve and exceed sales targets while safeguarding brand standards and customer experience.
- Manage recruitment, coaching, scheduling and performance reviews for a high-performing sales team; foster a client-focused, service-oriented culture.
- Develop and execute clienteling strategies and VIP servicing to grow repeat business and expand the boutique’s CRM database.
- Oversee visual merchandising and in-store presentation to ensure alignment with global directives and seasonal campaigns.
- Control inventory, stock replenishment and stockroom procedures; coordinate shipments, stocktakes and loss-prevention measures.
- Own local P&L responsibilities, prepare regular sales and KPI reports, and implement action plans to optimize commercial results.
- Plan and host boutique events and client appointments in coordination with the regional commercial team and marketing.
Qualifications
- Proven managerial experience in luxury retail or premium fashion (typically 3–7 years, including people management).
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing boutique performance metrics.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience handling P&L, inventory control and sales forecasting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Fluent business communication in English; additional proficiency in Russian or Kazakh is advantageous (not specified by source).

Education
