Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients through one‑to‑one consultations, private appointments and follow‑up clienteling to cultivate long‑term relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling, upselling and cross‑selling of product categories.
  • Maintain brand presentation standards including window and in‑store visual merchandising, product placement and boutique ambience.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale transactions accurately, manage client records and support CRM-driven outreach and appointment scheduling.
  • Support inventory control, receipting, stock replenishment and basic loss‑prevention procedures in line with brand policy.
  • Assist in planning and executing in‑store events, product launches and VIP client experiences with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Adhere to Chanel’s service protocols, confidentiality expectations and compliance requirements while representing the brand.

Qualifications

  • Polished interpersonal presence with exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrable sales aptitude and a consultative approach to client engagement.
  • Strong attention to detail, professional discretion and ability to maintain high visual and operational standards.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Customer‑centric mindset with resilience in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Experience

1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury, premium fashion or hospitality environments; prior clienteling or private‑client experience is highly desirable.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, sales or hospitality is a plus.
