Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Chanel's service standards, including welcoming and greeting clients.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, providing continuous sales and service support.
  • Assist the Operations team with inventory management, including incoming and outgoing shipments and inventory cycle counts.
  • Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and client-facing tasks.
  • Facilitate the opening and closing of registers, and assist with cash handling and deposits.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Skills

Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. Strong understanding of and passion for client experience. Excellent communication skills. Curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow professionally. Passion for Chanel's history, products, and social initiatives.

Experience

A minimum of one year of related experience in a customer service or retail environment is required.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.
