Chanel seeks a Boutique Facilitator in New York, NY to represent the brand at Saks — clienteling, merchandising and luxury sales expertise required.

Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Chanel at the Saks New York boutique by delivering exemplary, personalised client service and driving brand sales.
- Develop and maintain a curated client book through proactive outreach, bespoke appointments and post‑sale follow-up.
- Ensure visual merchandising and product presentation conform to Chanel standards in partnership with Saks teams.
- Collaborate with Saks management and Chanel wholesale/retail teams to execute in-store activations, trunk shows and client events.
- Manage inventory insights, stock replenishment requests and showroom samples; ensure accurate transaction processing and recordkeeping.
- Provide on-floor product expertise across ready-to-wear, handbags, accessories and beauty, communicating craftsmanship and provenance.
- Coach and brief Saks sales colleagues on brand initiatives, seasonal launches and clienteling best practices where required.
- Prepare regular sales and client reports; escalate market intelligence and competitive observations to Chanel wholesale leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver white‑glove customer service with a luxury clientele.
- Authorised to work in the United States.
- Fluent professional presentation, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- High standards of personal grooming and adherence to brand appearance guidelines.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, wholesale brand representation or high-end client service environments; prior experience working within department store partnerships is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or a degree in business, fashion, hospitality or related fields is desirable but not mandatory.
