Role & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Chanel’s service standards, including welcoming and greeting all clients.
Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
Assist the Operations team with inventory management, including incoming and outgoing shipments, cycle counts, and re-ticketing.
Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and client interactions.
Facilitate opening and closing procedures, including handling cash and deposits.
Conduct administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of related experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
Flexible schedule, including availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Skills

Strong team collaboration and ability to work in a team-focused environment. Excellent communication skills. Understanding and passion for client experience. Curiosity and desire to learn and grow within Chanel. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

Experience

A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a customer service or retail environment is required.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.
