Boutique Facilitator
Chanel seeks a Boutique Facilitator in Miami, FL to manage boutique operations, client appointments and in-store events for a premier luxury maison.

Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily boutique operations to ensure seamless service delivery and strict adherence to Chanel brand standards.
- Manage and facilitate client appointments, personalised consultations and bespoke client requests to maximise satisfaction and retention.
- Partner with visual merchandising and store leadership to implement floor sets, product presentation and seasonal campaigns.
- Support inventory control, stock replenishment and accurate merchandising to optimise product availability and presentation.
- Organise and execute in-store events, private viewings and client gatherings in collaboration with marketing and VIP services.
- Train and mentor boutique staff on clienteling best practices, appointment protocols and experiential service standards.
- Serve as a liaison between boutique, regional offices and ateliers to coordinate bespoke requests and bespoke/design-related workflows.
- Maintain detailed records and contribute to post-event and sales reporting to inform local strategy and client follow-up.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a luxury retail or boutique environment, with demonstrated client-facing responsibilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; poised and discreet when serving high-value clientele.
- Strong organisational ability with experience coordinating appointments, events and multi-stakeholder workflows.
- Eye for visual merchandising and brand presentation; ability to implement and maintain luxury retail standards.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous in the Miami market.
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as required by boutique operations.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3+ years in luxury retail, boutique operations or a client-facing role within fashion, hospitality or high-end services; experience coordinating in-store events and bespoke client journeys preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in fashion, retail, hospitality or related discipline preferred.
