Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Chanel's service standards, including welcoming and greeting clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
- Assist the Operations team with incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory cycle counts, and daily re-ticketing.
- Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and client interactions.
- Facilitate the opening and closing of registers, handling cash and deposits.
- Conduct administrative duties such as answering phone calls to resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Skills
Experience
Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
