Chanel seeks a Boutique Facilitator at Neiman Marcus King of Prussia, PA — client-facing role focused on clienteling, merchandising and boutique operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, high-touch client service consistent with Chanel brand standards within the Neiman Marcus King of Prussia boutique.
- Support Sales Advisors by managing appointments, greeting clients, and facilitating seamless in-boutique experiences from arrival to departure.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising to exacting brand guidelines, ensuring product displays and inventory are immaculate.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and assist with transactional processes, including payment handling, receipts and packaging when required.
- Manage inventory tasks such as receiving, stocking, stock counts and replenishment in coordination with store management.
- Execute proactive clienteling activities: follow-up communications, appointment confirmations and CRM updates to cultivate relationships and drive repeat business.
- Coordinate and support in-store events, launches and private viewings, liaising with Neiman Marcus staff and Chanel regional teams.
- Ensure compliance with loss prevention, cash-handling procedures, and brand security policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury retail or client-facing boutique roles preferred.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor appropriate to a luxury house.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and sustain client relationships.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Previous experience in a luxury retail environment or high-end department store is preferred, with demonstrated client-facing success and familiarity with boutique operations and merchandising.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or certificate in retail, fashion or hospitality is a plus.
