Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily boutique operations at South Coast Plaza, ensuring seamless client flow and an exceptional in-store experience.
  • Deliver high-touch clienteling and personalized service, cultivating lasting relationships and driving client retention.
  • Coordinate merchandising and visual presentation in compliance with brand standards and seasonal directives.
  • Manage inventory activities including receiving, stock integrity, cycle counts and timely replenishment.
  • Assist with staff coordination, scheduling, and on-the-floor coaching to uphold service and performance expectations.
  • Operate point-of-sale and boutique systems accurately; ensure loss-prevention and compliance procedures are followed.
  • Act as a liaison between the boutique and regional management for operational needs, events and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a high-end service environment, preferably within fashion or beauty.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver discreet, anticipatory client service and to cultivate long-term client relationships.
  • Strong organizational aptitude with experience in inventory control and merchandising execution.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional presentation appropriate to a luxury brand environment.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Experience

At least 2 years of progressive experience in luxury retail or boutique operations, with a track record of meeting sales targets and maintaining brand standards.
