Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Chanel's service standards, including welcoming and greeting all clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
- Assist the Operations team with inventory management, including incoming and outgoing shipments, cycle counts, and re-ticketing.
- Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and other client-facing tasks.
- Facilitate the opening and closing of registers and assist with cash handling and deposits.
- Conduct administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of related experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Skills
Experience
Candidates must have at least one year of related experience in a customer service or retail environment, preferably within the luxury sector.
Education
