Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and appointment management.
  • Support boutique sales by assisting clients throughout the buying journey, from product presentation and fitting to transaction completion and follow-up.
  • Maintain brand visual standards and merchandising directives within the Neiman Marcus boutique footprint, including window and floor displays.
  • Manage stockroom and inventory tasks: receive shipments, perform merchandising replenishment, conduct cycle counts and liaise on replenishment with store leadership.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and perform accurate cash handling, invoicing and returns in accordance with brand and store policies.
  • Collaborate with Neiman Marcus team members and Chanel management on in-store events, trunk shows and promotional initiatives.
  • Uphold Chanel grooming, service and loss-prevention standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service (preferred 1–3 years).
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first orientation.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and adherence to brand presentation standards.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience

Preferably 1–3 years of progressive experience in luxury or premium retail environments, with a proven record of client acquisition, retention and meeting sales objectives.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework or degree in retail, hospitality, visual merchandising or related field preferred.
