Role & Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day boutique operations, ensuring adherence to Chanel visual, merchandising and service standards.
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience through active clienteling, appointment management and discreet relationship-building.
- Coordinate boutique opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS reconciliation and daily reporting.
- Manage inventory procedures including receipts, transfers, stock accuracy and liaison with regional logistics to optimise availability.
- Support merchandising and visual teams to implement seasonal floor sets, windows and promotional displays.
- Schedule and coordinate boutique staffing, assist with recruitment and deliver on-boarding and in-store training.
- Act as local liaison with regional and corporate teams for events, product launches and client hospitality.
- Maintain loss-prevention standards, compliance with company policies and a safe, welcoming boutique environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail or boutique operations, with demonstrable client-facing success.
- Proven track record in boutique floor management, inventory control and POS operations.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate high-value client relationships and manage private appointments.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Valid work authorization for the United States (role located in Aspen, CO).
Skills
Experience
At least three years of progressive experience within luxury retail or boutique environments, with prior responsibility for operations, client service and frontline staff coordination.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality, retail management, fashion or a related discipline preferred.
