Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all boutique operations to achieve sales, margin and service objectives, with full accountability for P&L performance.
  • Recruit, develop and motivate a high-performing team; set individual targets, conduct performance reviews and implement training programs aligned with brand standards.
  • Cultivate and expand a loyal client base through exemplary clienteling, bespoke service and private client events.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure consistency with global brand directives and seasonal campaigns.
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures while liaising with logistics and regional supply teams.
  • Drive local marketing initiatives and partnerships in coordination with regional marketing to maximise footfall and brand visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements and exceptional standards of housekeeping, health and safety.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in luxury retail with demonstrable success in driving sales and team performance.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing P&L and retail KPIs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and client relationship skills; ability to manage high-net-worth clientele with discretion.
  • Organisational proficiency in inventory control, visual merchandising and operational processes.
  • Multilingualism preferred; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional demeanour aligned with luxury brand values and standards.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial or director-level role responsible for a boutique or flagship store.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
