Chanel seeks a Boutique Director in Aspen, CO to lead boutique operations, drive sales and cultivate a VIP clientele.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all boutique operations in Aspen, ensuring exemplary client service, consistent visual merchandising and adherence to Chanel standards.
  • Own commercial performance: drive sales, manage P&L levers, analyse KPIs and implement action plans to maximise revenue and margin.
  • Recruit, train and mentor a high-performing sales team; set targets, conduct performance reviews and foster professional development.
  • Cultivate and expand a high-value client base through bespoke clienteling, private appointments and local market activation.
  • Ensure inventory integrity, stock replenishment, merchandise floor sets and loss-prevention protocols in partnership with regional support teams.
  • Collaborate with regional management, marketing and visual merchandising to execute brand initiatives, seasonal launches and local events.
  • Maintain compliance with all corporate policies, local regulations and luxury retail best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in luxury retail: prior experience managing a boutique or high-end store with responsibility for P&L.
  • Demonstrable success in client development and bespoke customer experiences within a luxury brand context.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse sales data, set targets and deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills; ability to inspire and retain high-calibre sales talent.
  • Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, weekends and peak season retail periods.

Experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or equivalent professional experience in luxury retail.
