Boutique Client Engagement Specialist
Chanel in Bangkok seeks a Boutique Client Engagement Specialist to cultivate VIP client relationships and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain high-value relationships with new and existing clients through personalised outreach, follow-up and tailored appointment booking.
- Deliver an elevated, brand-consistent client experience in-boutique and during private appointments, including product storytelling across fashion, leather goods, accessories and beauty.
- Manage clienteling activities and maintain accurate client records to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and convert leads through consultative selling, cross-selling and upselling to meet boutique targets.
- Coordinate and support VIP events, private viewings and after-sales client care, liaising with cross‑functional teams as required.
- Support boutique merchandising standards and visual presentation to ensure an inviting client environment.
- Report on client activity and sales performance, and provide actionable feedback to the boutique management team.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail, clienteling or high-end hospitality with a strong focus on personalised client service.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients.
- Commercial acumen and results orientation with experience meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Discretion, professionalism and impeccable grooming consistent with luxury brand standards.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2–4 years of experience in luxury retail, clienteling or a client-facing role within premium hospitality or fashion, with demonstrable success managing VIP clients and achieving sales targets.
Education
High school diploma; tertiary education in fashion, retail, hospitality or business is preferred but not required.
