Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide bespoke, one-to-one beauty consultations and product demonstrations across makeup, skincare and fragrance, tailoring recommendations to each client's needs.
  • Deliver an exceptional luxury service experience that cultivates long-term client relationships and loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, clienteling and follow-up activity; maintain and update client records in the CRM.
  • Manage stock, visual merchandising and product presentation to brand standards; receive and process deliveries accurately.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, handle transactions and ensure compliance with cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Participate in product launches, in-store events and ongoing brand training; implement promotional and sampling initiatives.
  • Uphold Chanel’s hygiene and safety standards for all beauty treatments and product applications.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury beauty or cosmetics retail preferred.
  • Polished, professional presentation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build customer loyalty and meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Basic knowledge of makeup application and skincare regimens; vocational or professional beauty qualifications are advantageous.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and evenings to meet boutique trading hours.

Experience
