Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations that reflect Chanel’s brand positioning and product expertise.
  • Perform professional makeup application and skincare demonstrations for clients, ensuring impeccable hygiene and technique.
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, follow-up and conversion of consultations into sales.
  • Build and maintain a high-value client base using CRM tools and by managing appointments, VIP lists and aftercare communications.
  • Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, tester presentation and stock integrity to uphold the Chanel shopping environment.
  • Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle returns, exchanges and gift-wrapping in line with Chanel policy.
  • Collaborate with the boutique team on promotions, launches and events; represent the brand with polished professionalism at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with product safety, hygiene protocols and local regulatory requirements for cosmetics.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury beauty or cosmetics retail (preferably 1–3 years).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Demonstrable expertise in makeup application, skincare consultation and product knowledge.
  • Fluency in local language; proficiency in English is advantageous (preferred but not required in source).
  • Professional presentation, discretion and a customer-centric approach aligned with luxury brand standards.
  • Cosmetology, beauty or retail sales certification is a plus.

Experience
