Beauty Sales Advisor

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary, personalized client service in the CHANEL Parfums & Beauté boutique at KaDeWe, cultivating long-term client relationships and repeat business.
• Provide expert consultations on fragrances, skincare and makeup, tailoring recommendations to client needs and preferences.
• Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive selling, clientelling and up-selling.
• Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and gift-wrapping in accordance with brand procedures and local regulations.
• Support visual merchandising and boutique presentation to maintain Chanel brand standards and seasonal displays.
• Maintain stock integrity through accurate receiving, tagging, replenishment and regular inventory checks.
• Participate in product and brand training, promotional events and launch activities as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury retail or prestige beauty sales, preferably within a high-end boutique environment.
• Strong clienteling skills with a commercial mindset and a documented history of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with polished presentation and professional grooming.
• Ability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak promotional periods.
• Fluency in German is expected; proficiency in English is advantageous.

Experience

Several years of direct sales experience in luxury beauty or high-end retail, with demonstrable success in client acquisition and repeat-business generation.

Education

Vocational qualification in retail, cosmetology, hospitality or equivalent practical experience preferred.
