Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and skincare analyses to discerning clientele, recommending suitable products and routines.
  • Perform in-store makeup applications and product demonstrations to showcase product benefits and techniques.
  • Drive sales through attentive clienteling, cross-selling and follow-up, contributing to store KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, visual presentation and product replenishment in line with brand directives.
  • Support promotional events, private client appointments and product launches, ensuring exemplary service across touchpoints.
  • Accurately process transactions, manage stock procedures and ensure compliance with boutique policies and luxury retail protocols.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a cosmetology, beauty, retail, or business programme (student status required for the internship).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, client-focused manner appropriate for luxury retail.
  • Demonstrable interest in cosmetics and skincare, with an aptitude for product education and technique.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings.

Experience
