Chanel is hiring a Beauty Advisor in Johor Bahru — retail beauty role delivering consultations, sales and luxury client service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and make-up or skincare services that reflect Chanel’s luxury service standards and product expertise.
- Proactively build and maintain a portfolio of clients through clienteling, follow-up communications and appointment management to maximise customer lifetime value.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through expert product recommendations, cross-selling and demonstrations.
- Maintain impeccable counter presentation: merchandising, stock rotation, inventory accuracy and adherence to visual merchandising directives.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and complete daily sales reporting and CRM updates with attention to confidentiality and data quality.
- Participate in product training, merchandising resets and promotional events; represent the brand with poise at in-store activations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in cosmetology, beauty therapy, makeup artistry or equivalent vocational training preferred.
- Professional grooming and presentation aligned with luxury retail standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach and high emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays; legal right to work in Malaysia.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of direct experience in cosmetics or luxury beauty retail; prior experience with premium or luxury brands is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma required; vocational qualification or diploma in beauty/cosmetology preferred.
