Beauty Consultant Intern
Chanel Paris seeks a Beauty Advisor Intern (Stage) to support in-store clienteling, makeovers and merchandising in a flagship boutique.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support in-store sales through proactive clienteling: book and manage appointments, follow up with clients, and maintain customer records.
- Perform product demonstrations and beauty services including skincare consultations, make-up application and fragrance advising under brand protocols.
- Assist merchandising and visual presentation to uphold Chanel boutique standards, including stock replenishment and window/shopfloor displays.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle sales administration, sample management and accurate reporting of transactions.
- Contribute to boutique events, new product launches and training sessions; ensure strict compliance with brand image, hygiene and security procedures.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an accredited university, vocational or professional programme (business, luxury retail, cosmetics, cosmetology or related) with an internship component.
- Polished and professional personal presentation consistent with luxury retail standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused mindset and high emotional intelligence.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Right to undertake internships in France (work/visa eligibility).
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in retail or beauty—whether through previous internships, part-time retail roles or demonstrable voluntary experience—is advantageous but not mandatory; a strong interest in luxury beauty and client service is essential.
Education
Currently enrolled in a tertiary-level programme in Business, Luxury Retail, Cosmetics/Cosmetology or a related field.
