Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised fragrance, makeup and skincare consultations to upscale clientele, translating product expertise into tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive client acquisition, retention and appointment management.
- Execute product demonstrations, makeovers and sampling initiatives in accordance with Chanel’s presentation and service standards.
- Maintain accurate clienteling records and follow up through CRM to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Support visual merchandising and maintain counter inventory, replenishment and loss-prevention procedures to brand standards.
- Process sales transactions, manage samples and promotional materials, and ensure compliance with retail policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in prestige cosmetics, fragrance or luxury beauty (see experience).
- Exceptional interpersonal and consultative selling skills with a client-first mindset.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage appointments and follow-up activity effectively.
- Professional grooming and the ability to represent a heritage luxury brand with discretion and poise.
- Flexible availability to include evenings and weekends as required by retail trading hours.
Skills
Experience
Minimum two years of hands-on experience in luxury cosmetics, fragrance counters, or premium beauty retail; demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and building high-value client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or makeup artistry preferred.
