Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client consultations in makeup and skincare to cultivate long-term relationships and drive sales.
  • Support daily retail operations including product merchandising, stock replenishment and maintaining visual standards in line with brand directives.
  • Perform makeup application and skincare demonstrations, advising on product regimens and complementary purchases.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, and assist with basic administrative tasks (clienteling, appointment scheduling, follow-ups).
  • Participate fully in the apprenticeship programme: attend formal training sessions, acquire product knowledge and demonstrate progressive competency.
  • Contribute to in-store events and promotional activities, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.

Qualifications

  • Eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship contract beginning September 2026; registered or about to register for a vocational diploma in beauty/cosmetics (CAP, BP, BTS or equivalent).
  • Strong client-service orientation with excellent interpersonal and sales skills; commercial target awareness.
  • Professional grooming, positive presence and the ability to represent a luxury brand standard.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends; reliable and punctual.
  • Good command of French for client-facing interactions; basic English is advantageous.

Experience

Entry-level/apprenticeship role. No prior professional experience required, though previous work in retail or beauty is advantageous and will be considered positively.
