Beauty Consultant Apprentice
Chanel seeks an Apprenticeship Beauty Advisor in Paris (Val d'Europe) starting Sept 2026. Apprenticeship role in luxury cosmetics retail.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver bespoke client consultations in makeup and skincare, tailoring product recommendations to individual needs and preferences.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling and relationship building.
- Perform makeup application and product demonstrations to showcase technical knowledge and brand expertise.
- Maintain Chanel visual merchandising, stock presentation and boutique standards at all times.
- Operate the point-of-sale, process transactions and support daily cash reconciliation following brand procedures.
- Participate in stock management, back-of-house organisation and inventory cycles.
- Attend and apply technical and brand training modules provided through the alternance programme.
- Work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and peak trading periods to ensure superior client coverage.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in an alternance/apprenticeship programme or vocational training in cosmetics, beauty therapy, retail sales or a related field required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrable interest in luxury beauty and client service.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings and weekends.
- Professional presentation and commitment to maintaining Chanel brand standards.
Skills
Experience
No minimum professional experience required; candidates currently studying in a relevant programme are encouraged to apply. Previous retail or beauty experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Ongoing enrolment in a vocational diploma, BTS, CAP or equivalent programme in cosmetics, beauty therapy, or retail sales as part of an alternance apprenticeship.
