Chanel seeks a Beauty & Fragrance Store Manager in Chengdu to lead the perfume and cosmetics counter and drive luxury client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the perfume and beauty counter, ensuring flawless execution of brand standards and visual merchandising.
- Drive commercial performance through sales leadership, clienteling, KPI management and implementation of promotional campaigns.
- Recruit, develop and motivate a high-performing sales team; conduct coaching, training and performance reviews to maintain service excellence.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and merchandising flow; liaise with regional retail and supply teams to optimise product availability.
- Deliver an exemplary luxury client experience through personalised consultations, product demonstrations and after-sales follow-up.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales, payroll and operational reports; ensure compliance with cash handling, loss-prevention and store policies.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership ability with experience managing a retail beauty or fragrance team in a luxury environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; professional presence appropriate to a high-end luxury brand.
- Fluent Mandarin; additional language skills (e.g., English) considered an asset.

Experience
Typically 3–5+ years in beauty or luxury retail with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role overseeing a cosmetics or fragrance counter. Proven experience driving sales, developing talent and managing day-to-day store operations.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality or a related field preferred.
