Chanel seeks a Beauty Advisor in Prague — provide luxury client consultations, drive cosmetics sales and uphold Chanel's brand standards.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised in-store consultations and product demonstrations across skincare, makeup and fragrance to high-net-worth and local clientele.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through expert product recommendation, clienteling and follow-up.
  • Conduct skin analyses and bespoke beauty regimens, performing professional make-up applications and mini treatments where appropriate.
  • Maintain immaculate visual merchandising and presentation in accordance with Chanel brand guidelines.
  • Manage stock levels, complete merchandising replenishment and ensure accurate point-of-sale transactions.
  • Build and maintain a client database; schedule appointments and proactively re-engage clients to drive repeat business.
  • Participate in in-store events, product launches and brand training sessions to elevate client experience.
  • Uphold hygiene, safety and compliance standards for all beauty services and product handling.

Qualifications

  • Professional diploma or certification in cosmetology, aesthetics or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience in luxury cosmetics retail, ideally 1–3 years with a premium or designer beauty brand.
  • Polished presentation and exceptional interpersonal skills tailored to a luxury clientele.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Excellent command of the local language and confident conversational English; additional languages an asset.

Experience

Preferably 1–3 years of direct retail or counter experience in cosmetics or beauty services, with exposure to luxury-brand selling and client advisory.
