Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, consultative beauty and skincare services to a discerning clientele, including makeup application and tailored product recommendations.
  • Build and maintain a high-value client portfolio through proactive clienteling, follow-ups, and in-store or appointment-based consultations.
  • Achieve and surpass individual and store sales KPIs and targets, driving average transaction value and conversion.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across cosmetics, skincare and fragrance; communicate product benefits and regimen recommendations with authority.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards, ensure product presentation and boutique ambience reflect Chanel’s brand aesthetics.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and assist with stock replenishment and inventory control.
  • Participate in store events, product launches and collaborative initiatives with the sales and management teams to maximise client acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service in a luxury retail or prestige beauty environment.
  • Professional presentation and polished interpersonal skills suited to high-net-worth clientele.
  • Practical experience in makeup application and skincare consultation; cosmetology or beauty certification preferred.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
  • Right to work in Mexico and familiarity with local regulatory requirements for cosmetic services.

Experience
