Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver bespoke make‑up services and skin consultations in accordance with Chanel’s product and service standards, ensuring each client receives a personalised beauty experience.
  • Drive boutique sales through expert product recommendation, clienteling and proactive follow‑up to cultivate long‑term relationships and repeat business.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date, in‑depth knowledge of Chanel cosmetics, fragrances and skincare lines and translate product expertise into persuasive selling narratives.
  • Execute visual merchandising and display standards to reflect brand identity and optimise product presentation and conversion.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale system, manage stock replenishment and assist with inventory control to ensure boutique readiness.
  • Participate in training, make‑up masterclasses and team meetings; uphold hygiene, sanitation and luxury service protocols at all times.

Qualifications

  • Professional make‑up artistry certification or vocational qualification in cosmetology, aesthetics or a related discipline preferred.
  • Professional presentation and a demonstrable aptitude for luxury client service and consultative selling.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, and to travel occasionally for training if required.
  • Valid right to work in Poland and ability to comply with local regulatory requirements for cosmetics services.

Experience

Typically 1–2 years’ experience in luxury cosmetics retail or as a professional make‑up artist, with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering high‑touch client experiences.

Education

Vocational diploma or professional certification in make‑up artistry, cosmetology, aesthetics or equivalent practical training preferred.
