Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized skincare and makeup consultations, tailoring recommendations to individual client needs and preferences.
  • Perform in-boutique product demonstrations and makeup applications to showcase product benefits and drive conversion.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-ups and CRM record-keeping to nurture repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through expert advice, effective upselling and cross-selling of fragrance, cosmetics and skincare ranges.
  • Maintain boutique presentation and merchandising standards, manage stock replenishment and ensure accurate POS transactions.
  • Adhere to hygiene, sanitation and product safety protocols; participate in product launches, training sessions and retail initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail cosmetics or luxury beauty sales; demonstrable record of meeting sales targets.
  • Vocational qualification or certification in cosmetology, makeup artistry or beauty therapy preferred.
  • Professional grooming, polished interpersonal manner and the ability to represent a premium luxury brand.
  • Legal right to work in the Macao SAR and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Experience
