Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised skincare and makeup consultations and demonstrations to high-net-worth and walk-in clients.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling and conversion of consultations into sales.
• Develop and maintain a client portfolio through follow-ups, appointment management and relationship-building activities.
• Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations across skincare, fragrance and cosmetics ranges.
• Execute in-store merchandising and product presentation to Chanel visual standards; support inventory control and replenishment.
• Perform makeup applications and basic facial treatments where permitted; ensure hygiene and treatment protocols are followed.
• Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and support administrative tasks including client records (CRM).
• Participate in brand and product training, seasonal launches and promotional events; represent the brand at counter events.

Qualifications

• Diploma or vocational certification in cosmetology, aesthetics, beauty therapy or equivalent; further training in makeup or skincare preferred.
• Professional presentation and a demonstrable passion for luxury beauty products and services.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach and strong client service orientation.
• Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
• Legal authorization to work in Taiwan.

Skills

Experience

1–3 years of direct retail experience in cosmetics, skincare or luxury beauty; experience with premium or luxury brands preferred.

Education

High school diploma or vocational certificate in cosmetology, aesthetics or a related discipline; further professional beauty certifications advantageous.
