Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised client consultations and bespoke product recommendations across skincare, fragrance and makeup categories.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective clienteling.
• Provide product demonstrations, application services and makeovers consistent with Chanel standards.
• Maintain immaculate merchandising, visual presentation and stock replenishment to uphold brand aesthetics.
• Manage point-of-sale transactions, client records and follow-up communications to cultivate long-term relationships.
• Support in-store events, launches and VIP appointments, ensuring discreet and refined client service.
• Adhere to hygiene, health and safety procedures and Chanel’s internal service protocols at all times.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a polished, client-focused demeanour and high emotional intelligence.
• Proven ability to meet sales objectives through consultative techniques and proactive prospecting.
• Impeccable personal presentation and understanding of luxury service standards.
• Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak promotional periods.
• Right to work in Malaysia and fluency in Malay and/or English is advantageous (not explicitly required).
• Cosmetology or beauty-related certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of retail experience in beauty or luxury cosmetics; experience in high-end or prestige brands preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in cosmetology, makeup artistry or beauty therapy preferred.
