Beauty Advisor Internship
Chanel — Beauty Advisor Intern (Stage) in Lyon. Internship starting Feb 2026 supporting sales, client consultations and merchandising in the Chanel beauty boutique.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised client consultations and product recommendations across makeup, skincare and fragrance categories to uphold Chanel’s standards of service.
- Support boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, appointment follow-ups and upselling of product and service offerings.
- Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards, ensuring displays, testers and stock reflect brand guidelines.
- Assist with stock management, inventory counts, incoming deliveries and merchandise replenishment.
- Contribute to in-store events, launches and promotional activities, including preparation, guest welcome and post-event follow-up.
- Record client interactions and preferences in CRM/POS systems to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Participate in product training and team briefings to deepen product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a higher-education programme (BTS, Licence/Bachelor) in business, marketing, cosmetics, luxury management or similar.
- Fluent French; professional working knowledge of English preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, polished presentation and a service-oriented demeanour suitable for luxury retail.
- Strong motivation for cosmetics, make-up and fragrance with a willingness to learn brand rituals and product formulations.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and occasional evening events, for the duration of the internship (starting February 2026).

Experience
Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is advantageous but not mandatory; internships or seasonal roles in beauty or luxury retail are a strong asset.
Education
Enrolment in or recent completion of a tertiary programme (BTS, Licence/Bachelor) in business, marketing, cosmetics or luxury management.
