Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised in-store consultations for makeup and skincare, tailored to client needs and brand positioning.
- Demonstrate product application techniques and advise on product routines to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support daily sales operations including point-of-sale transactions, clienteling, appointment management and after-sales follow-up.
- Maintain merchandising and display standards in line with Chanel visual guidelines; ensure product presentation and stock rotation are impeccable.
- Assist with inventory handling, stock replenishment and basic administrative tasks to support store efficiency.
- Contribute to in-store events, product launches and promotional activities as required.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a recognised programme in cosmetics, beauty therapy, retail management, marketing or a related discipline.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, client-focused demeanour.
- Availability to undertake a June 2026 internship in Strasbourg and compliance with French internship regulatory requirements.
- Professional presentation, attention to detail and a high standard of personal grooming appropriate to a luxury brand.

Experience
Previous customer-facing retail or beauty experience is desirable but not mandatory; demonstrable passion for cosmetics and client service is essential.
Education
Currently enrolled in higher education (BTS, Licence, vocational diploma or equivalent) in beauty, cosmetics, retail, marketing or a related field.
