Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalised consultations and product demonstrations across makeup, skincare and fragrance to a discerning clientele.
- Support the boutique sales team to achieve individual and store targets through proactive clienteling and appointment management.
- Maintain boutique presentation standards: merchandising, replenishment, display upkeep and stock control.
- Assist with transaction processing, returns and basic daily administrative tasks using the store’s POS and CRM systems.
- Participate in in-store training, product launches and promotional events; uphold hygiene and brand service protocols.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree or diploma in cosmetics, aesthetics, retail management or a related discipline.
- Strong client-service orientation with polished interpersonal skills and a professional appearance suited to luxury retail.
- Solid knowledge of skincare and makeup techniques, with an eagerness to learn Chanel product expertise.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Fluent in French; proficiency in English is advantageous.

No minimum professional experience required; previous retail or beauty counter experience is a plus. Internship candidates should demonstrate customer-facing experience gained through studies, part-time roles or extracurricular activities.
Education
Enrolment in or recent completion of a relevant vocational or university programme in cosmetics, aesthetics, retail management, business or a related field.
