Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised client service in accordance with Chanel brand standards; conduct product consultations and promotions of fragrance, makeup and skincare.
  • Perform makeup demonstrations and application, advise clients on routines and product selection, and provide samples as appropriate.
  • Support sales processes including clienteling, appointment management and point‑of‑sale transactions; contribute to daily sales targets through upselling and cross‑selling.
  • Maintain visual merchandising, product replenishment and boutique presentation to uphold the boutique’s aesthetic and stock accuracy.
  • Assist with in‑store events, product launches and internal trainings; support administrative tasks and basic inventory control as required.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a vocational or higher education program in cosmetics, retail, marketing or a related discipline (internship/stage requirement).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professional presentation and a customer‑centric approach suited to luxury retail.
  • Demonstrable interest in beauty, makeup and skincare; enthusiasm for learning brand techniques and sell‑in approaches.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and potential evening shifts during promotional periods.

Experience

No minimum professional experience required; prior exposure to luxury retail, cosmetics counter work or makeup artistry is advantageous but not mandatory.
