Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist clients at the cosmetics counter with personalised product recommendations and beauty consultations under senior team guidance.
  • Perform makeup demonstrations and basic skincare analyses to communicate product benefits and application techniques.
  • Support daily boutique operations including merchandising, stock replenishment and maintenance of brand visual standards.
  • Process sales transactions and assist with administrative tasks such as clienteling notes and appointment scheduling.
  • Contribute to boutique events and promotional activities, ensuring exemplary client hospitality throughout.
  • Participate in on‑the‑job training to deepen product knowledge and refine customer service techniques.
  • Maintain strict compliance with hygiene, product safety and brand presentation protocols.

Qualifications

  • Available to start the internship in May 2026 and committed for the full internship period as agreed.
  • Eligible for a formal internship agreement (convention de stage) if required by French regulation.
  • Demonstrated interest in cosmetics, makeup or skincare; a vocation for client service and sales.
  • Professional presentation, strong interpersonal skills and a client‑centric attitude.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience

No extensive professional experience required; prior retail, beauty, makeup or hospitality experience is an advantage but not mandatory for the internship.

Education

Currently enrolled in a relevant vocational or higher‑education programme (cosmetology, aesthetics, business, marketing or similar) and able to undertake an internship as part of studies.
