Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody and convey the unique style of Chanel within a retail environment.
  • Ensure an exceptional client experience aligned with Chanel's values for both local and international clientele.
  • Guide and build trust with each client, sparking interest in Chanel's Fragrance & Beauty universe.
  • Contribute to team spirit and retail performance with elegance, enthusiasm, humility, and open-mindedness.

Qualifications

  • Higher education degree (Bac +1 to Bac +5) with a strong interest in Chanel and its brand values.
  • Sensitivity to multicultural environments and recognized for responsiveness, commercial dynamism, and customer service skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to engage and build rapport with diverse clientele. Keen understanding of luxury retail dynamics. Proactive and adaptable with a customer-focused approach.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a passion for luxury retail and customer service is essential.
