Chanel — Beauty Advisor Intern (stage) in Bordeaux starting June 2026. Client‑facing cosmetics internship in an iconic boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional, personalised client consultations and product advice aligned with Chanel’s brand standards.
  • Perform make‑up demonstrations and application services to showcase product performance and upsell relevant categories.
  • Support daily boutique sales operations including clienteling, appointment management and conversion follow‑up.
  • Maintain merchandise presentation and visual standards; participate in window and in‑store merchandising updates.
  • Manage product replenishment, samples and stock intake; ensure stock accuracy and boutique housekeeping.
  • Assist with boutique events, product launches and exclusive client experiences.
  • Complete administrative tasks: sales reporting, client record updates and POS transactions.
  • Participate in brand training sessions and apply product knowledge to elevate the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a programme in cosmetics, aesthetics, retail, business or a related field (BTS, Licence or equivalent).
  • Excellent personal presentation and strong service orientation consistent with luxury retail standards.
  • High interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and long‑term client relationships.
  • Ability to perform make‑up applications and product demonstrations; an interest in beauty techniques and trends.
  • Flexibility to work boutique hours including weekends and evenings; available starting June 2026 for the duration of the stage.
  • Motivation to represent an iconic luxury brand and to engage proactively in brand training.

Experience

Previous retail or beauty counter experience is advantageous but not mandatory; prior internships or customer‑facing roles in cosmetics will be considered favorably.

Education

Enrolment in or recent completion of a relevant post‑secondary programme (BTS, Licence/professional degree) in cosmetics, aesthetics, retail management or a related discipline.
