Role & Responsibilities
- Embody and communicate the unique style of Chanel within the retail environment.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience aligned with Chanel's values for both local and international clientele.
- Guide and build trust with each customer, fostering interest in Chanel's Fragrance & Beauty universe.
- Contribute to team spirit and store performance with elegance, enthusiasm, humility, and open-mindedness.
Qualifications
- Completed or pursuing higher education (from Bac +1 to Bac +5).
- Demonstrated interest in Chanel, its values, and brand codes.
Skills
Experience
No specific prior experience required, but a keen interest in luxury retail and customer service is advantageous.
Education
Pursuing or completed higher education (Bac +1 to Bac +5).
